Graduated in international marketing MBA at IFG, Marc has a wealth of experience in setting up and running businesses.

 

After 40 years in marketing and business management, Marc has gained a wealth of operational experience in both large international groups and SMEs. He has a background in marketing in the international luxury-goods and cosmetic industry, notably with L'Oréal, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci group.

 

After 5 years spent in building startups in the internet industry, Marc became European Vice President for the Chinese group Pico, world leader in event marketing.

 

He created AQUAMOON Luxury Spa in 2011 on Place Vendôme in Paris and SOFTMESOLOGY Lab  to provide women with non-invasive anti-aging solution, inspired by aesthetic medicine.

 

Over the years Marc has built up extensive experience in fundraising and M&A, working with a wide range of investors and funds.

Jean-Luc holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School.

​

Prior to his activity as M&A advisor, he combined functions of operational management and management of long-term financing and corporate transactions, first as CF0 and member of the Executive Committee of large groups (YSL, Sanofi Beauté, Chargeurs Wool), then as entrepreneur, becoming co -Founder of a start-up in perfumes and cosmetics.

After six years of uninterrupted growth that saw the turnover increase from EUR 0 to 150 M€, he sold his participation following an LBO and created in 2007 his own fusacq boutique before co-founding Francession network in 2010.

He joined ONEtoONE in November 2017.

Graduated in political science and economics (international executive management MBA), Pierre Christophe gets a more than 20 years extended international business development experience and profit center management expertise. 

 

Executive management positions background in key luxury and beauty industry leading Groups (LVMH, Shiseido, P&G Prestige, Lancaster Group) as well as Middle size companies with expert brands such as Carita International or Ingrid Millet Paris as Managing Director.

 

Multichannels development expertise : Direct retail, wholesale, digital, local distributors and travel retail.

Solid experience of the Asia - Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Americas regions and sharp connections with key distribution partners.

Financing and M&A operations in the Healthcare sector

Jean-Yves has devoted himself to advising and serving companies in the healthcare sector over the last 30 years, carrying out nearly 100 M&A and capital markets transactions.
Career highlights

After graduating from HEC business school in 1989 and INSEAD's finance course in 1996, he immediately joined Deutsche Bank's Healthcare group in Frankfurt, then Baltimore and New York.

As a Deutsche Bank expatriate in the USA, he was responsible for initiating and then fuelling the flow of transatlantic cross-border M&A transactions. He then headed Cowen's European Healthcare Investment Banking business in London from 2007, rebuilding the European franchise and developing its network of US and global clients. From 2008 to 2010, he was Senior M&A Adviser at Bryan, Garnier in Paris, where he led the execution of a series of capital markets and M&A transactions in the healthcare sector.

During his 13 years at Michel Dyens, he developed his M&A and partnership expertise in the healthcare sectors..

Jean-Yves has been a keynote speaker on megatrends, prospects and M&A valuations at IMCAS Global Economic Forums for the past 10 years and has recently been invited to speak at other prestigious and influential events such as SOFCEP in France, the Aesthetic Innovation Summit in the US or online at the Global Virtual Aesthetic Summit.
